    Impact geometry

I have been working on my e-book recently and I wanted to update you with some of the content that I am writing about. My goal is to help build a better understanding of the swing with impact geometry. I’m covering all the details such as grip, stance, posture, alignment, ball position, backswing, downswing, etc. What’s unique is how I incorporate the importance of consistency and efficiency into every area of the swing.

I want to completely exploit what’s really going on in the swing. I believe if you think about the right things,  how ball flight is affected, anyone can make changes in their swing. You can cure your slice or hook with the right awareness.

I also didn’t want to compile a bunch of information that supplied short-lived success. My focus is changing your game for the better with lasting results. I don’t believe in Band-aid fixes, only permanent changes.

There so much misguided information about there from people and organizations looking to capitalize on your wallet. Golf is a game that is fun. Why should you always stress out shopping around for equipment, training aids, and teachers? I want to help you play better golf for good. You’ve put so much time and energy in the game; don’t you think you deserve it?

    Here’s a little glimpse from my book…

‘The first step in analyzing your swing is to take a look at your current ball flight—a direct indicator of how well you swinging the club. Your shot slices or hooks in response to the face of your club being either open or closed at impact…’

‘The direction and degree of the curve of the ball are directly related to how the face and the path interact at impact.’

Questions to consider that determine your impact geometry

    1.    When you hit the ball consistently, where is it going?
    2.    What is your worst shot?
    3.    Do you miss the ball in both ways, or only in one direction?
    4.    Are you missing only with certain clubs?
    5.    Which club is your favorite? Which is your least favorite?
    6.    Do you take divots? What do they look like?
    7.    Where on the club do you feel the ball is hitting?
    8.    Are you trying to draw the ball?
    9.    Are you trying to fade the ball?

Stay tuned! I got much more on the way.

    Long and Straight,

    Adam
