    Pillars of the swing

Consistency; the ability to maintain a particular standard or repeat a particular task with minimal variation

Consistency means the swing repeats. The motion doesn’t change. A consistent swing produces consistent results.

Efficiency; the ability to do something well or achieve a desired result without wasted energy or effort

Efficiency means the swing is organized and productive. The swing is natural and easy. It flows without wasted energy or unproductive movements.

Effectiveness; adequate to accomplish a purpose; producing the intended or expected result

Effectiveness means the swing is competent. The skill and ability of the swing is adequate to perform the action. It’s good enough and suitable for the expected results.

Reliability; able to be trusted to do what is expected or has been promised

Reliability means to have faith in your swing. Trust your swing. Rely on the swing to perform under all circumstances.

    Long and very straight,

    Adam
